Standard Booth -$395*
Includes: 10 x 10 space with a table and two chairs

Crafter Booth – $195*
Includes: 10 x 10 space. Artists in this location must hand-make their own
products and actual artist must be on-site during the event. This is a juried show.

Community Expo Booth – $150
Includes: 8 x 8 space with a table and two chairs.  Exhibitors in this area must be a 501
(c) non-profit organization and submit proof of designation.  These booths are located
on the brick patio in front of the Fairfax County Government Center Building.

*exhibitors must provide their own tents

Tent – $195 for a 10 x 10
Insurance – $120
Electric – $150 for 20 amps of 110v service

Food Vendor Information
Are you interested in being one of Fall for Fairfax KidsFest’s food vendors? If so, we would love to find out more about your vending operation. All new vendors (vendors who DID NOT participate in the 2015 Celebrate Fairfax events) must have a food vendor consideration form on file to be eligible for future events.

Food vendors are selected based on a variety of factors, including past participation in the Celebrate Fairfax! Festival, menu and potential conflicts with other vendors, prior experience with other festivals and health department approval.

Upon submission, your consideration application will be reviewed by the festival committee and you will be contacted should any further information be needed and/or if you are selected as a vendor for any future events.

Full Service Vendor -$745
Single Item Concessionaire -$600
Additional Space (Increments of 5 x 20) – $250
